A True Haven for Both Customers and Nature: Anseong Baudeogi Rest Area was designed with the vision of becoming a new “4th-generation” rest area, breaking away from the conventional 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-generation models. We developed a differentiated, multi-purpose rest area facility that utilizes natural landscapes to enhance visitor convenience and increase revenue by extending stay times. We also created a green rest area facility that aligns with eco-friendly government policies, incorporating a clean air quality system to reduce fine dust, eco-friendly building certification, the use of renewable energy, and the adoption of energy-efficient architecture. In particular, as the first rest area in Korea to incorporate hotel facilities, it enhances visitor convenience. Designed as a dome structure usable year-round in all weather conditions, it provides a space where everyone can rest, enjoy themselves, and work comfortably.
