ACRO Seoul Forest

The site for Acro Seoul Forest is located in Block 3 of the Ttukseom Special Planning District. As an ideal location featuring graceful natural surroundings like the Han River and Seoul Forest, along with convenient transit access via Bundang Line Seoul Forest Station, the plan incorporates residential facilities alongside office space, a performance hall, and retail in accordance with the district unit plan guidelines. Grounded in Daelim’s philosophy of “quality and practicality,” the architectural scheme centers on a concise design approach.

Residential comprises two buildings, while the office tower spans seven basement levels and 33 stories above ground, aiming to provide a comfortable work environment with views to Seoul Forest and the Han River alongside optimized office planning that inherits the legacy of Gwanghwamun D-Tower. The performance hall and retail facilities are likewise planned to establish themselves as new venues for the existing Daelim Museum and Daelim’s commercial space brand “Replace,” destinations that will draw in visitors.
