On Monday, April 28, the “2025 Public Housing Design PM Roundtable” was held at the LH headquarters in Jinju, South Gyeongsang Province.
This roundtable was organized in the wake of the 2023 Geomdan New Town underground parking garage collapse to discuss ways to improve design quality and refine the regulatory framework.
During the “Outstanding PM Commemorative Plaque Presentation Ceremony,” which was part of the event program, Mr. Byeongwoo Ahn of the Urban Architecture Business Unit was selected as the “2025 Outstanding Design PM” in recognition of his planning and management capabilities demonstrated in the “2023 1st Phase Urban Architecture Integrated Design for Village Renewal Project.”
This project is regarded as a significant achievement for its contribution to improving the local living environment through the revitalization of underdeveloped areas and the provision of public housing.
