To mark “World CM Day,” three volumes of the “CM Operations Guidebook”—covering the public, private, and housing sectors—are being distributed free of charge.

JUNGLIM CM Architecture (CEO Myungse Pang, hereinafter “JUNGLIM CM”) and the Korea CM Association (Chairman Bae Young-hwi) have jointly published the CM Practice Guidebook to mark the 14th World CM Day, with the aim of standardizing CM practices and improving service quality.
This guidebook was designed to alleviate confusion for those new to CM work by explaining the differences in laws and procedures specific to each type of CM project. Comprising three volumes—Public Construction Project Management, CM (Supervision) for Private Construction Projects, and Supervision for Housing Construction Projects—the guidebook organizes the details of CM work according to a step-by-step process.
On April 23, we distributed approximately 400 copies of the 『CM Operations Guidebook』 to attendees of the “14th World CM Day” event. We expect that this guidebook, which embodies JUNGLIM CM’s technical expertise and experience, will go beyond being merely a collection of best practices; rather, it will help disseminate standardized techniques across CM sites nationwide and further enhance the public’s trust in the construction industry.
We are releasing the web book (or e-book) version of the CM Operations Guidebook as follows.
