At the 14th World CM Day Awards Ceremony, Myungse Pang, CEO of JUNGLIM CM, received the Presidential Commendation, and Baek Jongin Baek, Head of Operations, received the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport Commendation!!
The “Busan International Art Center Construction Project” won the Grand Prize at the 7th World CM Competition!!
On Tuesday, April 23, the “ConsMa 2024: 14th World CM Day and 7th World CM Competition,” organized by the Korea CM Association, was held in the Event Hall on the 3rd floor of POSCO Tower Yeoksam.
At the event, Mr. Myungse Pang, CEO of JUNGLIM CM, who began his career in 2009 as as the inaugural head of the CM Business Division, leading the CM industry through ODA project management, the establishment of specialized organizations for professional advancement, and the execution of global CM projects. In 2024, he received the Presidential Commendation in recognition of his contributions to the joint publication and industry-wide distribution of the CM Operations Manual, which enables diligent communication and coordination with various construction stakeholders on-site and the faithful representation of clients’ interests.
Mr. Jongin Baek, Head of Operations, received a Commendation from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport in recognition of his successful completion of 22 years of CM projects and his contributions as the inaugural Director of the CM Research Institute toward standardizing, professionalizing, and advancing the field.
At the “7th World CM Competition,” held in conjunction with the event, the “Busan International Art Center Construction Project” undertaken by JYNGLIM CM was selected as an outstanding case study and awarded the CM Award (Grand Prize). Mr. Jingap Yoon from the Operations Division, who was selected as the award recipient, took the stage to present the winning case study.
At this event, JUNGLIM CM achieved an unprecedented feat, with three of its employees receiving the Presidential Commendation, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Commendation, and the CM Award (Grand Prize).
