“Architecture determines the quality of a project through systematic management of the entire process from design to post-construction. Recognizing that CM is at the core of such systematic management and feeling its importance, I joined Junglim CM. Currently, I am engaged in business development and new project discovery in the Industrial Development Department, which manages the BBC (Bio, Battery, Chip) industry sector.

With changes in the construction paradigm, the market size and facility investment in new business sectors are increasing annually. The CM ordering pattern is also shifting from conventional general buildings to industrial facilities in new business areas, with a significant increase in order volume. In this rapidly-changing domestic and international environment, discovering new growth engines is crucial. I will steadily advance according to a roadmap aligned with these directions and do my best for a sustainable 100-year future of Junglim.”
