The guidebook package consists of three volumes covering public construction management, private construction work CM (supervision), and housing construction work supervision. Each volume organizes detailed CM tasks following step-by-step processes.
The “CM Work Guidebook” is distributed free of charge in e-book format not only to on-site construction managers and supervisors but also to all construction technicians seeking to understand construction sites.
