We store numerous non-standardized design data collected from individual projects as refined and standardized data through proprietary coded solutions developed by our technology research institute. 3D Conversion Design Automation Solution
Conversion design is the process of transforming existing 2D drawing-based designs into 3D BIM-based designs. This includes converting existing drawings to BIM, conducting pre-construction clash detection and quantity takeoffs, which improves the consistency and accuracy of design information, allows construction simulation, and even secures digital assets available through the maintenance phase. Through this process, we visualize information, enhance collaboration efficiency, and increase construction accuracy.

Structural Frame Simulation
Based on the converted 3D BIM model, the structure of the building is simulated. This includes precise structural design, construction process simulation, clash minimization, quantity takeoffs, and worker understanding improvement. This process detects whether or not clashes exist among structures and with other trades, along with the construction sequence, concrete pouring sections, and formwork planning. Also, it automatically calculates material quantities and construction costs, allowing for accurate construction management.

Finishing Simulation
This digital simulation of the interior/exterior finishes and finishing methods of a building allows visualization of finishing scenarios applied by material. Rather than simple modeling, it visualizes the types, colors, textures, and arrangements of finishes to help predict and adjust the as-built state of the building in advance. This supports design decision-making, reduces risks related to uncertainties during construction, and provides excellent efficiency in process and cost management.
