Junglim Architects & Engineers has published the first sustainability report in the Korean architectural industry, reaffirming its pioneering role in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management. This report was prepared in accordance with international ESG disclosure standards and comprises substantive, concrete content achieved through company-wide participation.
CEO Myungjin Lee stated, “Junglim Architects has maintained transparent and trustworthy management for 58 years, serving as a model for the industry,” adding, “This report is an important achievement demonstrating Junglim Architects’ commitment to leading ESG management responsibly and striving for a sustainable future.” He further explained, “As the first report of its kind in the construction industry, it goes beyond mere declarations to detail our ethical management framework and eco-friendly construction practices.” He added, “We have enhanced information accessibility by including various publicly available resources previously released for social contribution purposes, such as the CM project standards manual, AutoCAD and BIM guidelines, and the free Kim Jeong-cheol font for architects. We hope this provides practical assistance to the construction industry and small-scale ateliers.”
