After graduating with top honors from the Department of Architecture at Pukyong National University, Park Jeongchung was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Army Corps of Engineers and served for 13 years in various locations, including the 3rd Engineer Brigade, handling field construction related to base relocation projects and improvements to barracks life. After discharge, he began studying real estate and completed the highest-level course at Hanyang University.

He joined the supervision company Woojung Ubix, where he handled administrative affairs at the headquarters and provided on-site technical support for projects such as the Haeundae AID Reconstruction & Improvement Project (53 stories), concurrently conducting structural reviews of high-rise buildings. With company expansion, he took on the role of Planning Office Manager in the newly established Planning Office, conducting works on company management.

On October 5, 2015, he joined Junglim Architecture and successfully led as the site supervisory team leader (CM type) for the Seoil University Hocheon Hall project and as the chief supervising engineer for the Gaepo 1-dong Jugong Apartment Reconstruction & Improvement Project (4-company consortium). He currently serves as Project Director (PD) at the Quality Innovation Operation Center of Junglim CM’s Operation Division 1, responsible for 37 sites, including 4 public, 25 private, and 8 residential projects, focusing on identifying client needs and resolving site-specific risks.
