Junglim CM and the Korea CM Association Jointly Publish ‘CM Operations Guidebook’
To mark ‘World CM Day’, the ‘CM Operations Guidebook’ is being distributed free of charge in three volumes: Public Sector, Private Sector, and Housing.

Junglim CM Architecture (CEO Myungse Pang , hereinafter Junglim CM) and the Korea CM Association (Chairman Younghwi Bae ) jointly published the 『CM Operations Guidebook』 to mark the 14th World CM Day, aiming to standardize CM operations and enhance service quality.
This book is designed to resolve confusion for those new to CM operations, based on the differences in laws and tasks distinguished according to the characteristics of CM projects. Comprising three volumes—Public Construction Project Management, Private Construction Project CM (Supervision), and Housing Construction Project Supervision—this guidebook organizes the detailed aspects of CM work according to step-by-step processes.
Approximately 400 copies of the 『CM Operations Guidebook』 were distributed to attendees at the ‘14th World CM Day’ event held on April 23rd. It is anticipated that this guidebook, embodying Junglim CM’s technical expertise and experience, will contribute to enhancing public trust in construction by disseminating standardized techniques across CM sites nationwide, going beyond being merely a know-how manual.
The web-based version (or e-book) of the 『CM Operations Guidebook』 is now publicly available as follows.
