At the 7th World CM Competition Awards, the ‘Construction Project Services for the Busan International Art Center Construction Project’ won the Excellence Award!!
On Tuesday, April 23, the ‘ConsMa 2024 14th World CM Day and 7th World CM Competition’, hosted by the Korea CM Association, was held at the Event Hall on the 3rd floor of POSCO Tower Yeoksam.
At this event, Myungse Pang, CEO of Jeonglim CM, who began as the inaugural head of the CM Business Division in 2009, He was recognized for his contributions to the CM industry, starting as the inaugural head of the CM business division in 2009, establishing specialized organizations for ODA project management and advancement, and executing global CM projects. In 2024, he was awarded the Presidential Commendation for his role in publishing and distributing a CM operations manual. This manual facilitates communication and coordination among various construction site stakeholders and enables faithful representation of client interests.
Jongin Baek, Head of Operations, was awarded the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Commendation in recognition of his achievements in successfully completing 22 years of CM projects and, as the inaugural Director of the CM Research Institute, standardizing, specializing, and advancing the field.
At the concurrently held ‘7th World CM Competition’, Junglim CM’s ‘Construction Project Services for the Busan International Art Center’ was selected as an outstanding case study and awarded the CM Award (Excellence Award). Operations Headquarters’ Jingap Yoon, selected as the recipient, presented the winning case study.
At this event, Junglim CM achieved an unprecedented feat, with three employees receiving the Presidential Commendation, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Commendation, and the CM Award Excellence Award.
