On Monday, June 9th, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Sinwon-dong, Seocho-gu for the ‘Public-Private Partnership Parking Complex Building’.
This project, jointly promoted by Seocho-gu and Kia, is drawing attention as a mutually beneficial model where private companies and local governments collaborate to improve parking issues and living infrastructure together, going beyond simply expanding parking near Cheonggyesan Station. Junglim Architects is participating as the design firm for this project and is expected to contribute to providing tangible convenience to citizens’ daily lives and creating sustainable value together with the local community.
