The Grand Hyatt Hotel Incheon was launched to improve the competitiveness of the Incheon International Airport in the 21st century, and contribute to the successful hosting of the Incheon Asian Games. Grand Hyatt Hotel Incheon is broadly divided into the room sector and the service sector, and the BOH and traffic line planning for the podium part of the service sector has been performed taking into account the integrated operation with the existing H1 Hotel. The room sector was designed based on the concept of the motion of air current under an airplane’s wings and the motion of waves, and the results of predicting the main customers have been reflected in the layout of the rooms.
