The project is located in the B-3 block of the Wanju-Sambong apartment complex, consisting of abundant natural and human infrastructures such as the South Mangyeong River and the North Wanju Industrial Complex. It is a 4BAY and plate-shaped No. 4 combination type that improves saleability and secures maximum free space in the complex. The 40m passage axis planned along the apartment complex provides a nature-friendly environment for the residents by connecting with the southeast neighborhood park. By differentiating the facades of the main building and the general building, various senses of change were given, and colors were used to shape the image of a soft city.
