The project is to design an art exhibition place with the Samtan office who supports the art association “Songeun”. Junglim design team collaborated with HdM (Herzog de Meuron) to create the building which is a work of art itself, but it is in harmony with its neighborhood through stable triangle structure and the appropriate building size. Also, it has intimiate orgarnic relationship among building entrance, open space with green area, variable size of exhibition area, city-view office and event hall on the top of the building. The refined concrete building with pinetree pattern will become a new landmark of Seoul, also, it will be a catalyst for the artistic and cultural inspiration for artists and architects.
