Reconstructed from the previous Hangyang Apartment Seocho, Raemian I-Park Banpo is a well-being housing complex not just where one can use on foot the rich living infrastructure of the Gangnam area, but also that embodied amenity residential environment. Claiming a healing apartment which enables the so-called healing travel in the urban center, this project lowered the building coverage into 17% and improved the green coverage into 38%. The Community Plaza at its center where the spacious grass plaza and sculptures are harmonized, the Premium Avenue designed as a street of pine trees along the view-opening axis, as well as the themed gardens like the Refresh Forest and the Floral Garden, all increased the residents’ satisfaction with living here. Particularly, the Stream Garden where one can enjoy the sound of water falling from beautiful nature (Rock Garden) is a signature space only for the Raemian I-Park Banpo. Daylight and ventilation were considered to maximize the quality of living with the south-oriented layout in the same direction for all units, with the 4-bay structure and the open balcony applied to enable efficient use of space. In the community center for residents were laid out such spaces as fitness center, golf practice range, sauna, cafe, and multipurpose hall, to let residents enjoy various leisure times. There are also the children’s playground, kid’s cafe, and daycare center that can improve the satisfaction of both parents and children.
