The goal is to create a state-of-the-art urban complex connected to Pangyo Station, featuring a creative development concept that harmoniously integrates diverse functions such as retail, business, culture, residential living, and leisure, while establishing distinctive themes and landmarks. Based on the ideal model of a future mixed-use city, organic interconnections between blocks, and sustainable eco-friendly principles, this proposal envisions a new city that serves as a venue for people-gathering events, a hub that integrates and accommodates diverse functions and programs, and a world-class central commercial district that will define the new identity of Pangyo.
