Taking into account the regional characteristics encompassing the Han River and Namsan Mountain, we established planning concepts centered on environmental friendliness, human-centered design, and landscape harmony. The design was planned to harmonize with the Seoul Metropolitan Government\u2019s Han River Renaissance policy, which calls for creative architectural design.
