The nature of the architecture, which embodies the sense of place inherent in these tangible and intangible assets, was defined as landscape-based multi-purpose facilities. The public programs within the building\u2014the Comprehensive Social Welfare Center and the National Sports Center\u2014along with the outdoor sports park, provided the foundation for exploring the potential of diverse public spaces.
