The Songdo Plant, funded\u00a0by Japan\u2019s HI-LEX Group, serves as a new growth engine that integrates the Pyeongtaek headquarters and\u00a0the Suwon R&amp;D\u00a0center.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite the limited\u00a0site area, the project focused\u00a0on achieving efficient\u00a0logistics\u00a0and\u00a0production lines, together with a rational spatial plan for offices and\u00a0laboratories that ensures strong sectional connectivity throughout the complex. The fa\u00e7ade\u00a0design was also\u00a0developed\u00a0to\u00a0harmonize with\u00a0the surrounding landscape of the Songdo High-Tech Industrial Cluster, creating a bold\u00a0and\u00a0lucid\u00a0corporate image.
