It is surrounded by a large-scale IT complex, and a major retail and distribution facility is situated across the street. For several years following its development, the Cheonan Logistics Complex remained underutilized and undeveloped. During the early design phase, we conducted a thorough review with the client, exploring various directions. After finalizing the decision to develop the site as a commercial facility (for sale), our approach to achieving results that align with this objective became the starting point for this project.
