These functions included a promotional tower, a symbolic tower, staircases, elevators, rest areas, an observation deck, and a water tank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite its reputation, the architectural environment at Yuhan University was in poor condition.
