{"id":7346,"date":"2008-11-07T08:54:00","date_gmt":"2008-11-06T23:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/junglim.com\/?p=7346"},"modified":"2026-07-07T16:07:47","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T07:07:47","slug":"pnukmh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/junglim.com\/en\/pnukmh\/","title":{"rendered":"Pusan National University Korean Hospital"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group pjtText\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Graduate School of Korean Medicine and its affiliated Korean medicine hospital, currently under construction in Yangsan, Gyeongsangnam-do, are being built within the Pusan National University Medical Complex in Yangsan, following the main hospital and children\u2019s hospital designed by JUNGLIM. This project holds significance as the first-of-its-kind graduate school of Korean medicine and affiliated Korean medicine hospital in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the overall master plan and growth strategy for the medical complex, we proposed a specialized medical complex linked to the university\u2019s main hospital, thereby outlining a development direction for the site that would prevent future unplanned development. Furthermore, respecting the overall master plan of the Yangsan Pusan National University Medical Complex, we ensured that elements such as the \u201cPath of Life\u201d and the central green corridor connect with or extend into the courtyards and forecourts of the planned buildings, creating a continuous spatial flow rather than a fragmented one. As Korea\u2019s first graduate school of Korean medicine and affiliated hospital, the project aims to standardize and scientifize Korean medicine, establish a paradigm for talent development, and ultimately globalize Korean medicine.
