Positioned at the heart of Yeouido&#8217;s financial district, the building embodies the group&#8217;s growth vision and innovative philosophy through symbolic architectural language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through collaboration with Meier Partners, a refined design reflecting&nbsp;Kiwoom&nbsp;Group\u2019s corporate values was achieved, featuring efficient massing, flexible interior spatial layouts, and integrated office environments that&nbsp;closely connect&nbsp;the group&#8217;s affiliates within a single building. The 8F to 10F atrium serves as the headquarters&#8217; central&nbsp;amenity&nbsp;and a mediator for external exchange, planned as a daylit, open business lounge.
