The complex already houses more than 20 apartment-style factories, and new ones continue to be built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The design brief for the Lotte Information &amp; Communications building called for three key elements: the incorporation of Lotte\u2019s iconic imagery, a security system befitting a data center, and the establishment of a landmark presence within the Digital Complex. The two massive 15-story buildings across the street, which dominate the skyline, posed the greatest challenge to the design.
