This was achieved by addressing the fundamental requirements of Hyundai Marine &amp; Fire Insurance\u2019s staff while also carefully considering how to interpret the design of the Bupyeong office building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting with the old Gwanghwamun headquarters in 1984, Hyundai Marine &amp; Fire Insurance has established eight new office buildings. We began an in-depth analysis focusing on the Gangnam headquarters and the Gwanghwamun headquarters (renovation), which served as suitable precedents for the Bupyeong headquarters. The design was driven by the question, \u201cWhat is the continuous corporate image of Hyundai Marine &amp; Fire Insurance that the Bupyeong office building should embody?\u201d and the justification for using stone\u2014a material frequently employed in existing office buildings\u2014as a key element.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In conclusion, the effort to embody the company\u2019s identity in the building aimed not only to solidify Hyundai Marine &amp; Fire Insurance\u2019s corporate image but also to provide users with a pleasant environment by incorporating eco-friendly features.
