Consequently, the program had to prioritize the commercial needs of the client and tenants over architectural design considerations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although the project\u2019s direction was initially ambiguous due to stringent regulatory conditions, a site context overflowing with surrounding elements, and an indeterminable program, paradoxically, these very constraints played a key role in defining the project\u2019s direction and character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The site\u2019s location holds significance as both the starting point and the endpoint of Teheran-ro.
