To maximize the number of guest rooms with ocean views, the design incorporated various outdoor spaces offering beautiful coastal vistas. The building utilizes the sloping terrain to separate the low-rise and high-rise sections, minimizing the sense of height, and features Jeju stone cladding to blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The building\u2019s layout separates the guest rooms from the training facilities, allowing local residents to use the training facilities for community events as needed. Shared amenities, such as an outdoor walking path, were also planned to facilitate joint use with neighboring buildings.
