{"id":6127,"date":"2011-10-21T08:23:00","date_gmt":"2011-10-20T23:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/junglim.com\/?p=6127"},"modified":"2026-04-02T16:52:25","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T07:52:25","slug":"cesco-touch-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/junglim.com\/en\/cesco-touch-center\/","title":{"rendered":"CESCO Touch Center"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group pjtText is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>The CESCO TOUCH CENTER, the new headquarters of CESCO\u2014a company widely known for its expertise in pest control\u2014established several guiding principles through continuous workshops with the client from the very beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, the project rejected showy architecture in favor of a strictly practical approach. This shift in philosophy led the design process to evolve from an internal spatial layout toward an external form. The team spatially analyzed the needs and working environments of CESCO\u2019s diverse users\u2014including office staff, researchers, service personnel, and trainees\u2014and examined how the results of vision and lighting studies, conducted to optimize views and natural light, could be directly projected onto the building\u2019s exterior.<br>Second, the building moves beyond the mere nature of corporate headquarters as hardware to become a substantive complex that embodies the company\u2019s growth engine.
