To overcome the limitations of a commercial facility while embracing this duality, we began exploring ways to move beyond the typical volumetric mass of a collection of individual units and create an engaging circulation experience for visitors.<br>The building is divided into two masses, forming a central courtyard. The front facade features a rhythmic, linear design to harmonize with the continuous flow of government office buildings in the administrative complex.
