Building on this, the Government of Pakistan has presented a vision for developing a knowledge-based economy and society through initiatives such as \u201cPakistan 2025\u201d and the \u201cDigital Pakistan Policy\u201d (2018).\u00a0In order to\u00a0foster nationwide IT industry growth and strengthen competitiveness, it is essential to construct new buildings that can meet the needs of multiple software companies while serving as future hubs.\u00a0Accordingly, the Karachi IT Park project in Pakistan has been promoted as an initiative supported by the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This proposal design envisions the IT park as a spatial platform that provides spaces, infrastructure, facilities, and services tailored to user needs, while building an IT development network in which diverse actors \u2014 including government, private companies, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) \u2014 can jointly participate and generate synergy.
