The project site is situated in a prime transit-oriented area, adjacent to Gaegum Station and a bus stop.<br>Furthermore, it boasts a convenient and well-developed living infrastructure, including a variety of nearby educational, shopping, and medical amenities, as well as excellent views of the rich natural environment of Eomgwang Mountain and Baekyang Mountain to the south. By implementing a distinctive landscape and facade design that takes into account the site\u2019s location and regional character, the project creates a landmark complex.
