class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>Located in the heart of Myeong-dong, the M Plaza Building was remodeled through multiple changes in designated use and expansion projects, with the lower floors converted into commercial facilities and the upper floors into a hotel.<br>As the first hotel in Korea by Japan\u2019s Nishitetsu Group, it was planned as a luxury property and completed as a high-quality remodeling project through close collaboration with the Japanese design firm Nikken Sekkei from the planning stage through to completion.<br>Despite various challenges\u2014including a short design period, demanding requirements, and building conditions that differed from the blueprints\u2014these issues were resolved through regular and in-depth design
