{"id":5549,"date":"2014-10-14T14:20:00","date_gmt":"2014-10-14T05:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/junglim.com\/?p=5549"},"modified":"2026-04-10T15:36:01","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T06:36:01","slug":"korea-research-institute-for-local-administration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/junglim.com\/en\/korea-research-institute-for-local-administration\/","title":{"rendered":"Korea Research Institute for Local Administration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group pjtText is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>The project to construct the main campus of the Korea Institute of Local Administration involves relocating the organization\u2019s headquarters from Gangnam and Seocho in Seoul to the Wonju Innovation City, in line with the government\u2019s policy on the relocation of public institutions to regional areas and the development of innovation cities.<br>To accommodate the diverse operational needs of the public institution as it takes up its new location in Wonju Innovation City, the building mass was segmented to create buffer zones. An efficient architectural plan, designed with the Institute\u2019s work environment in mind, enhances operational efficiency and synergy among departments.
