Responding to a site surrounded by multifamily housing, food-and-beverage stores and a cultural center were placed for easy access by nearby residents, establishing a local community venue, and public open spaces were linked by a promenade laid out along the\u00a0Osancheon\u00a0Stream that runs in front of the site to create a variety of outdoor spaces.
