It aims to create an enjoyable shopping environment by differentiating the merchandising plan within the floor-by-floor master plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Considering that the site is located near a university and a densely populated apartment area, a clean, box-shaped mass and a rooftop plaza extending to the upper floors were designed to convey a sense of openness. The building facade features vertical patterns and recessed landscape lighting to create a vibrant image.
