Housing in the city assumes the function of dwelling in the direction of efficient resolution. The basic space called house is the place that creates history in our life, but in reality we are often bent on arranging just a functional place to lie down like an inn room. Coming to the reality, what is the house we dream of in downtown? What is the space for your lovely spouse and children, for a happy family? Every one of you would dream of such a house as to have a warm atmosphere, a courtyard where your children play, a nice view, and an attic where you can read a fairy tale to your child, and a dining room to have a dinner with your friends. Moreover, an ideal house would be that which enables easy parking, providing safety and nearby convenience facilities, and in which you can enjoy good time with neighbors. The multi-family housing, an intermediate type between the detached house and the collective housing of apartments, is an affordable refuge in reality. Its residential environment is not as high-quality as it is cheap.
