The project site is located like the last puzzle piece of housing development in the Joyang-dong residential area between the 4th KNHC Block 1 and 2 and Seongho Fleurville, serving to weave the local context and provide infrastructure so as to extend vital energy to the other blocks around. We established the view-opening axis that connects the southern Mt. Cheongdaesan and the northern Lake Cheongcho, and maximized the view and orientation with the mainly southeast- or southwest-oriented planning that provides the views of Mt.
