Its construction was launched in 1995 as a building of Shinhan Investment Corp., but was not finished and exposed its skeleton until today due to several changes of owners since October, 1998. Meanwhile, Daemyung Construction, known as Daemyung Luchen Apartment, became the new owner of this building after all these 17 years and started a change of the design into the main building of the construction company 22 years after its construction was first started.
