The site is located along a main road within the Songjeong District. The layout strengthens connectivity with the adjacent B-1 block while securing a view axis between the residential area to the south and the neighborhood park to the north. With the number of buildings minimized and based on an efficient slab-type plan oriented primarily to the southeast, the building masses are staggered to ensure openness on three sides.
