The 40-meter-wide view axis is planned to connect with the neighborhood park on the southeast side, allowing residents to enjoy a nature-friendly living environment. All units are of the four-bay type to increase marketability, and the building layout combines four units in a slab-type structure to maximize open space within the complex. The facades of specialized units and general units are differentiated to provide visual variety while using colors that shape a soft urban image.
