The plan aims to ameliorate the residential environment by designing the skyline and view axis with due consideration for the ancient tombs in Bangi-dong and the specialized scenic district along the view corridor. Alongside a total of 763 apartment units, facilities for residents are planned around the view axis. To invigorate the living streets, a streetside commercial zone and community facilities, as well as pocket plazas, are planned along the Ogeum-ro frontage.
