The development comprises three residential blocks with a total of 2,560 housing units. In addition to multi-family housing, the master plan includes two children\u2019s parks, public sports facilities, a government office, and welfare facilities to improve the quality of life in the old downtown area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Along the 30-meter-wide arterial road, streetside neighborhood facilities were designed to enhance the continuity and openness of the streetscape and to activate community streets.
