Shared spaces such as work lounges and fitness facilities have been generously provided, occupying over 2,100 square meters (about 636 pyeong). The design is characterized by maximizing the usability of open public spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dormitory, which received building approval in August 2025, is scheduled for completion in July 2027.
