The locations and conditions of high-rise units are fit for the oft-repeated luxury apartment where you can expect the premium of viewing the Han River. A large community square was made up by connecting Gomyeong Primary School, the center of Block 1 and 2, with the central square within the complex. Other features include the street shops that will facilitate the street along the Dunchon-ro Road, the 38-story high-rise building for the view towards the Han River, and the building layout considering the wind path.
