The aim was to provide rental housing tailored to local needs while improving surrounding areas. Through collaboration among four key stakeholders \u2014 local residents, municipalities, developers, and national authorities \u2014 six project sites were proposed: Inje; Yeoryang and Imgye in Jeongseon, and Jeongseon District 2 (Gangwon Province); Aneui in Hamyang (Gyeongnam Province); and Jangsu in Jeonbuk Province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside the planning of public housing, Junglim Architecture developed specialized complex designs tailored to each project community\u2019s needs, such as an intergenerational agricultural community, a local content-based artistic and cultural community, and a community operating support hubs for return-to-farming migrants. In addition to these community complex plans, the service included establishing activation plans for collaborative governance involving residents and local governments, monitoring plans for project implementation, and measures to support partnership between an expert consultant group and a project council.
