This project, jointly promoted by Seocho-gu and Kia, is drawing attention as a win-win model where a private company and local government collaborate to improve parking issues and living infrastructure together, going beyond simply expanding parking near Cheonggyesan Station. Junglim Architectureis participating as the designer for this project and is expected to contribute to providing practical convenience in citizens&#8217; daily lives and creating sustainable value together with the local community. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by key figures including Seocho District Mayor Jeon Seong-su and Kia Corporation&#8217;s Head of Management Support Division, Jeong Sang-kwon.
