Construction began in August 2014 and is currently underway in two phases. The master plan aims to house six LG affiliates within a unified complex to enhance efficiency through collaboration enhancing interconnectivity. The park covers approximately 170,000 sq. m. (equivalent to 24 soccer fields) with 26 research facilities. Junglim Architecture led the design of buildings W7 to W10 on the west-side DP2 site during the second phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Building on the design concept of phase one, the plan focuses on research spaces that reflect the needs of researchers and users. Based on the first phase&#8217;s post-occupancy evaluation (POE), the design incorporates improvements, quality assurance across trades, and value engineering for quality enhancement and cost savings compared to the initial investment.
