Over time, the client returning for renovation wished to retain the image of the original building while emphasizing the DGB Group&#8217;s symbolism, public value, and sustainability as it moves forward. Accordingly, the renovation plan started with improving the building&#8217;s aging functions but carefully respected and preserved the existing facade to maintain the building\u2019s sense of place and memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lower floors were redesigned to enhance public accessibility by creating an atrium that opens the space to the community, aligning with the DGB Group\u2019s management philosophy.
